Monica and The Explosion is Monica Welander, originally from Sweden now based in London.
She is now releasing her second album SHUT UP! joined by Paul Slack (U.K.Subs/Flying Padovanis) on bass and Rob Baylis (Dun2Def) on drums. The album was recorded at Jigsaw Studios Peterborough, UK, April-May 2010.
